If you think our Office Members are mostly Walmart or Walmart adjacent, think again. Even though many of the highest grossing businesses in Arkansas do sell in Walmart, at present, we can count only one supplier among us (ESN at 5th St. More about them in an upcoming blog.) At Frontage Rd, the vast majority of our Members are in the trades. With a whopping TEN construction related companies boasting a physical presence, our Frontage Rd office is becoming a major hub for builders and tradespeople in north Bentonville.
Among those is Jennifer Poole, of That1 Painter. Jennifer is a General Contractor and counts both Benton and Washington counties as her territory. Originally from College Station, TX, Jennifer took note of the phenomenal post-Pandemic growth in Northwest Arkansas and relocated her company in 2023.
Staff consists of Project Managers, site supervisors and painting subcontractors. Although That1Painter is a national company, Jennifer’s business is very much locally AND female-owned. Although herself not a painter, Jennifer understands what it’s like to have your home become a work zone, and makes sure to treat customer’s homes like her own.
When she’s not bidding jobs in and around Fayetteville, Jennifer and her husband like to hit the trails in Bella Vista and at Hobbs State Park. She’s also quite the container gardener, growing a variety of vegetables in Lowe’s buckets, making it easy to relocate them as needed to chase the summer sun.
