This week’s Member Spotlight is all about Onika Williams and her company, Evolv3 Consulting.
Onika has been a Member at 5th St for a little over 2 years now, and probably has the coziest guest chairs in the office - unless you know someone else with velvety swivel barrell chairs ;)
You're likely to see her daughter in the lobby catching up on homework while her mom is with clients either in person or online, and another fun fact - her office neighbor Jeff was a colleague from their days at Tyson.
Onika started her executive coaching business after a 16 year stint at Tyson Foods, the Springdale-based food company best known for its frozen chicken, a Fortune 100 company, and one of the Big Three based in Northwest Arkansas.
As listed on her website, Onika is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC)® from the International Coaching Federation (ICF), a Birkman® Advanced Certified Professional, Certified Executive Coach, and Certified Team Coach. She’s a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority and Next Up, and is a Leading Women Executives fellow.
